Tell us what went wrong, which device you used, and the inbox domain involved. We will help with the service, not recover private or deleted mail.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, financial details, identity documents, or copies of private messages.
Before contacting us
- Confirm the full inbox address and domain are spelled correctly.
- Refresh the inbox after the sender confirms delivery.
- Try reopening the same address from the website or iOS app.
- Remember that retired inboxes no longer accept incoming mail.
What Inboxes cannot do
Inboxes cannot make a public address private, recover content that has been removed, or guarantee delivery from every sender. Temporary inboxes are not suitable for account recovery or long-term records.
